   "INSIDE OUT" 2010

Have you ever wondered EXACTLY how the delicious pork you get from Newman Farm Heritage Berkshire Pork makes it all the way to your plate (and stomach)? If so, then our 2010 "INSIDE OUT" dinner and farm experience is just right for you! This year we want to help you understand and explore the entire pig, from beginning to end, inside and out.

Gastronomy defined is "the study of the relationship between culture and food". We want to share with you our culture as a farming family who is involved in the production of pork, and our love for creating and experiencing good food, just like you.

We cordially invite you to join us and experience this event at our farm in the Ozarks of southern Missouri. This year our event includes farm tours, pig harvesting (optional), pork butchering, and an evening dinner prepared by several guest chefs utilizing the pig from the inside out. Also included will be a selection of local wines.

We would be honored to have you join us and celebrate our 3rd annual "New-U" event on Saturday, June 5th 2010.

What: All day farm events, lunch, and Saturday night "Inside Out Dinner", events begin at 9.00 a.m.
